Purpose of the training - get acquainted with the possibilities of the MS Excel program, which will help to summarize and analyze the company's data.

Course content:

First day
• Excel environment;
• Format of cells, cell references (relative, absolute, mixed);
• Conditional formatting;
• Fill series, find/replace, sort, filter (advanced filter), SUBTOTAL.

Second day
• Concatenate and split the content of cells, grouping of rows or columns;
• Data validation, drop-down list;
• Date & Time Functions;
• Insert Table;
• Conditional (logical) functions (IF, AND, OR, SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), AVERAGEIF(S)), function within function.

Third day
• Lookup functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH);
• Error messages, error correction;
• Insert PivotTable.

Fourth day
• Insert and edit Chart;
• What-if Analysis (Scenario Manager, Goal Seek, Data Tables), Solver;
• Introduction to Excel Macros;
• Mail merge in MS Word;
• Protect cells, worksheets and workbooks;
• Print in Excel.
